Impel Security Polska Sp. z o.o. signed an agreement to acquire 68.09% stake in Gwarant Agencja Ochrony SA (WSE:GWR) from Supernova IDM Fund S.A. managed by Supernova IDM Management Sp. z o. o. S K A and others for PLN 39.7 million on October 22, 2012.

Impel Security offered PLN 11.65 as per share consideration.
