The Company's segments include General, Project and Others. The General segment includes retail walk-in customers purchasing their requirements from the showrooms or customers (such as architecture, interior design and renovation firms) making ad-hoc purchases for home renovation or small property development. The Project segment includes customers involved in property development projects, in residential, commercial, public and industrial sectors. These public sector projects include HDB upgrading, construction or upgrading of public buildings such as schools, hospitals, sports complexes, and military camps. Project customers include architecture firms, property developers and construction companies. The Others segment relates to investing activities, including net rental collected from properties.
