Hagiwara Electric Co., Ltd. (TSE:7467) announced a private placement of 7,000 2nd series warrants at a price of ¥1,247 per warrant for gross proceeds of ¥8,729,000 on November 27, 2017. SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., Investment Arm will acquire warrant which can be exercised at a price of ¥3,850 from December 15, 2017 to December 30, 2019 to . The transaction is expected to close on December 14, 2017. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
HAGIWARA ELECTRIC CO., LTD is mainly engaged in the sale of electronic components. The Company operates in two business segments.
