Hamakyorex Co., Ltd. concluded an agreement with Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) regarding the establishment of a joint venture company, with the aim of expanding business in the Indian market. The joint venture will target the land transportation of finished vehicles within India. Name of the new company is Samvardhana Motherson Hamakyorex Engineered Logistics Limited. Location is National Capital Region, India. Representative of name and position is Arjun Kochhar, COO. Investment ratio is Hamakyorex: 50% and SAMIL: 50%. Capital stock is INR 920,000,000.
