Hamakyorex Co., Ltd. (TSE:9037) signed a transfer agreement to acquire Eishin Kyuso K.K./Maruko Logistics Ltd. from Isao Murakami, Shunichiro Murakami, Taeko Sugita and Katsuko Murakami on February 18, 2021. As of September 30, 2021, Eishin and Maruko had networth of ¥117million and total assets of ¥245 million. Board of Directors of Hamakyorex approved the transaction. The impact of the Hamakyorex on his consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2021 will be minor.
