Chengdu Tianfu Lansan Muyue Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) and Xiamen C&D Emerging Industry Equity No. 2 Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire an additional 1.5% minority stake in Shanghai Zhenyun Information Technology Co., Ltd. from HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd. for CNY 51.8 million.

Chengdu Tianfu Lansan Muyue Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) and Xiamen C&D Emerging Industry Equity No. 2 Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire an additional 1.5% minority stake in Shanghai Zhenyun Information Technology Co., Ltd. from HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300170) for CNY 51.8 million on November 12, 2021. Xiamen C&D will acquire 0.5788% stake and Chengdu Tianfu will acquire an additional 0.9212% stake in Shanghai Zhenyun Information Technology Co., Ltd.
HAND ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. is a China-based company principally engaged in the provision of information technology consulting services related to enterprise resource planning (ERP). The Company operates through two main segments. The Software Services segment is mainly engaged in implementation of ERP, provision of software outsourcing services, data processing services and customer support services, as well as sales of hardware and software. The Factoring Business segment is mainly engaged in provision of commercial factoring services and other businesses.
