9. Other matters to be factored into investment decisions
1. The contract above is intended for supplying engines for vessels scheduled to be built by DSME.
2. The above '2. Sales of the latest fiscal year' are based on the consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2021, and the Contract amount and Sales of the latest fiscal year have been rounded up to the nearest KRW 100 million, respectively.
3. The above '2. Contract amount' was calculated by applying the basic exchange rate (KRW1,266.40/USD) as of the date of the conclusion of contract.
4. The '5. Contract period' above is subject to change according to the progress of the vessel construction schedule.
5. The above '7. Effective date of contract (receipt of orders)' is the effective date of the Letter of Intent (LoI) for the supplying of engines executed with DSME.
