From October 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, the company has repurchased 387,378 shares, representing 0.62% for $2.36 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 678,116 shares, representing 1.08% for $4.4 million under the buyback announced on August 3, 2012.
