Softlink Global Private Limited and an unknown buyer entered into a Draft Scheme of Amalgamation to acquire HCKK Ventures Limited (BSE:539224) for INR 4.5 billion in a reverse merger transaction on November 18, 2023. Based on recommendation of the Audit Committee and Committee of Independent Directors, the transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of HCKK Ventures. The transaction is subject to approval of the BSE Limited, SEBI, NCLT and other competent authorities.
