HDC HOLDINGS CO.,Ltd (KOSE:A012630) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3,333,333 common stock for KRW 20,000 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price.
The program will be valid until June 5, 2023. As of March 5, 2023, the company had 4,919,656 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 0 shares in treasury under other capacities.
