Hdc Ipark 2nd Reit Co., Ltd announced that it has received KRW 45 billion in funding from HDC Hyundai Development Company and other investors

On January 22, 2021, Hdc Ipark 2nd Reit Co., Ltd closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from existing investor HDC Hyundai Development Company (KOSE:A294870) which acquired 46,125,000 shares at the price of KRW 800 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 36,900,000,000 and hold 82.91% stake in the company after the transaction. The shares were issued through priority assignment to old shareholders.
