Healius Limited (ASX: HLS) intends to buy back up to $100 million worth of HLS ORD over the next 12 months. The buy-back will be managed within the 10/12 limit permitted by the Corporations Act. Healius intends to conduct the buy-back having regard to the prevailing share price, market conditions, any incremental capital requirements and unforeseen circumstances.
