Yao Kuizhang and Yazhishun Investments Co., Ltd commits for 36 months since the date of listing of the present shares, there will not be no transfers nor entrustment of shares to any third party nor repurchase by the company.
The shareholders and managing personnel at the Company Fan Zhaolin, Li Zhibin, Xing Shulan Li Honfbin, Deng Lifeng, Li Yingwei, Wang Lianlong and Xia Junxia along with 119 other shareholders of the company, commit for 12 months since the date of listing of the present shares, there will not be no transfers nor entrustment of shares to any third party nor repurchase by the company.
