NT Holdings Co., Ltd. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Nippon Gijutsu Center Co., Ltd. from Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. (TSE:6927) on December 9, 2019. In a related transaction, NT Holdings Co., Ltd. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Technolink Co., Ltd. from Helios Techno Holding. For the year ended March 31, 2019, Nippon Gijutsu had sales of ¥6.05 billion, operating income of ¥87.08 million and net income of ¥139.73 million. As at March 31, 2019, Nippon Gijutsu had net assets of ¥864.82 million and total assets of ¥2 billion. Takashi Takenaka resigned as a Director of Helios Techno Holding. The stock transfer is expected to complete on January 6, 2020.
