Henan Communications Planning & Design Institute Co., Ltd (SZSE:300732) signed an agreement to acquire 28% stake in Henan Zhongqu Architectural Design Co., Ltd. from Zhengzhou Huanyi Architectural Design Co., Ltd and Wang Wenzheng for CNY 6.2705 million on June 16, 2022.Henan Communications Planning & Design Institute Co., Ltd will acquire 23% stakes from Zhengzhou Huanyi Architectural Design Co., Ltd and 5% stakes from Wang Wenzheng. Henan Zhongqu Architectural Design Co., Ltd. reported revenue of CNY 21.9892 million, total assets of CNY 29.2366 million, net profit of CNY 1.2814 million and net asset of CNY 19.5565 million for the financial year ended on December 31, 2021.
