Henan Shuanghui Investment & Development Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000895) signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire an additional 42% stake in NANTONG SKT NEW MATERIAL CO., LTD. from Kureha Corporation (TSE:4023) on June 17, 2022. Henan Shuanghui Investment Development is a co-owner of NANTONG SKT NEW MATERIAL. The transaction is expected to complete by July 2022.
