Henan Yicheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300080) agreed to acquire a 67.1% stake in Haidong Guiqiang New Materials Co., Ltd. from Pingdingshan Yicheng New Materials Co., Ltd. for CNY 11.3 million on September 28, 2021. Post completion, Henan Yicheng will hold 67.09% and Liu Jianwei owns 32.91% of the equity of Haidong Guiqiang. The transaction is approved at the 21st meeting of the fifth board of directors of the company and the 20th meeting of the fifth board of supervisors. The transaction does not need to be submitted to the shareholders meeting for deliberation. As of August 31, 2021, Haidong Guiqiang reported Total assets of CNY 86.2 million, Net assets of CNY -6.4 million.

Haidong Guiqiang New Materials Co., Ltd. changed its name to Qinghai Tianlan New Energy Material Co., Ltd.
