Hibino Corporation (JASDAQ:2469) agreed to acquire Nippon Sheet Glass Environment Amenity Co. Ltd. from Nippon Sheet Glass Company, Limited (TSE:5202) for ¥2 billion on January 30, 2019. Upon completion, Hibino will pay an advisory cost of ¥7 million.

Nippon Sheet Glass Environment Amenity Co. Ltd. will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Hibino Corporation. As of December 31, 2018, Nippon Sheet Glass Environment Amenity reported total common equity of ¥917 million, total asset of ¥2,435 million, revenue of ¥4,631 million and EBIT of ¥185 million.

The transaction is expected close on April 1, 2019.
