Hizeaero Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A221840) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 1,600 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with Shinhan Investment Corp. The purpose of the program is to stabilize the stock price and to enhance the shareholders value. The repurchase program will be valid till September 16, 2020. As of March 16, 2020, the company had 1,069,424 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
HIZEAERO Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of aircraft parts. The Company's product portfolio consists of B787 center wing boxes under the brand name of Sec 11, B787 fixed trailing edges (FTEs) under the brand name of Sec 15, B787 pivot bulkheads (PBHs) under the brand name of Sec 48, assembly jigs under the brand name of B787 and F15SR. The Company also provides aircraft maintenance services, repair services, overhaul services and aircraft parts remodeling services. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
