Hokuyaku Takeyama Holdings,Inc. (SPSE:3055) announces an share repurchase program. Under the program the company will repurchase 400,000 shares, representing 1.7% of the outstanding shares, at ¥745 per share for ¥320 million. The purpose of the program is to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of July 31, 2020, the company had 23,538,863 shares outstanding and 861,137 shares in treasury.
