Horizons Active Floating Rate Senior Loan ETF Declares Monthly Dividend for the Period Ending June 30, 2015, Payable on July 13, 2015

Horizons Active Floating Rate Senior Loan ETF declared a monthly dividend of $0.02998 per HSL unit and $0.02531 per HSL. A unit for the period ending June 30, 2015. The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be June 26, 2015, for all unitholders of record on June 30, 2015.

The Distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the respective ETF's dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the applicable ETF, on or about July 13, 2015.
