Industry Holdings And Development Corporation agreed to acquire 14.346% stake in EEI Corporation (PSE:EEI) from House of Investments, Inc. (PSE:HI) for approximately PHP 1.1 billion on May 19, 2023. IHDC will acquire 14.35% stake for PHP 1.07 billion for PHP 7.2348 per share. Transaction is subject to Approval of the PSE for the application of Block Sale, and Receipt of Seller of the Consideration.
House of Investments, Inc Board of Directors approved the transaction.
