Adjustment of guidance for the financial year 2023

With the preparation of the annual accounts for 2023, Hove has become aware that there is a deviation in relation to the guidance announced on 6 December 2023 in company announcement no. 34. The result for the year will be a revenue of DKK 187 million (previously announced revenue of DKK 180-185 million) and an EBITDA of DKK 20.4 million (previously announced EBITDA of DKK 23-25 million).

The change in EBITDA is primarily due to:

Elimination of intercompany balances in subsidiaries in relation to expected sales
Adjustment of inventory value in connection with preparation of 2023 financial statements and clean-up of inventory systems

The 2023 financial statements are still scheduled to be issued on Thursday 21 March 2024.

Company Profile
Hove A/S is a Denmark-based supplier of lubrication solutions for the wind industry and other heavy machinery. The Company's solution consists of a lubrication pump, hose set, quick couplings / lubrication nipples and containers with grease. In addition to Hove's hardware products, the Company has over the last few years worked intensively to develop a software solution that communicates with Hove's pump and thus ensures that the lubrication takes place correctly, and at the same time tracks the work that has been done.
