HPF Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300350) signed an asset acquisition framework agreement to acquire 51% stake in Beijing Junmao Guoxing Technology Stock Co.,Ltd. from Yang Weiping on July 15, 2018. A formal agreement will be signed later on after due processes are completed. Under the terms of the transaction, HPF Co., Ltd. will acquire not lower than 51% stake in Beijing Junmao Guoxing Technology Stock Co.,Ltd. and will pay the consideration by way of share issuance and cash payment.
