HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (NasdaqGM:HUBC) acquired remaining stake in Qpoint Technologies Ltd. on April 4, 2024. The consideration was paid in cash. Following the acquisition HUB Cyber Security Ltd. now holds 100% stake in Qpoint Technologies Ltd. In the financial year 2023 Qpoint Technologies Ltd. reported an annual revenue of $26 million.
