Qianjiang Feilihua Quartz Glass Material Co.,Ltd announced a private placement of common share for the gross proceeds of CNY 30,000,000 from existing investor Hubei Feilihua Quartz Glass Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300395) on May 22, 2020. The transaction has been approved by the 2nd meeting of the 5th directorate of the company. Post completion of transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 5,000,000 to CNY 35,000,000.
