Humanica Public Company Limited acknowledged the appointment of Mr. Tana Janviroj as a director and an independent director in place of the resigned director in the annual general meeting held on April 27, 2020.
The company in its annual general meeting unanimously resolved to approve the additional dividend payment from the result of the operation from July 1, 2019 December 31, 2019 calculated at THB 0.06 per shares of the adjusted net profits based on the Company's consolidated financial statement after deducted by the legal reserves in the amount of THB 40,800,000 or in the total amount of THB 81,600,000 annually, calculated at THB 0.12 per share annually. The dividend payment shall be paid on May 26, 2020 and the list of shareholders who are entitled to receive the dividend is determined on May 8, 2020 (Record Date).
