Hunan Mendale Hometextile Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002397) agreed to acquire 37.01% of Jiangyin Diamond Jewelry Trading Co., Ltd. from Hunan Mengjie Yongchuang Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 55 million on July 5, 2022. The transaction was approved by fourth meeting of the sixth board of directors and the fourth meeting of the sixth board of supervisors of Hunan Mengjie Home Textiles Co., Ltd.
