The Company focuses on the international maritime shipping industry. The Company may seek to acquire newbuilding or secondhand vessels, one or more companies with agreements to purchase newbuilding or secondhand vessels, one or more companies that already own or operate vessels, a number of such companies as a group or one or more entities that provide commercial management, operational and technical management or other services to one or more segments of the shipping industry. The Company has no operations and no revenues.
