Subject: Notification of registration of the reduction of registered capital and paid-up capital of the Company to clear accumulated losses

Dear Directors and Managers Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Hydrotek Public Company Limited ("the Company"), held on 25 April 2022, it was resolved to approve the reduction of the registered capital and paid-up capital of the Company in the amount of 311,925,504.00 baht from the registered capital 623,851,008.00 baht, a new registered capital of 311,925,504.00 baht by reducing the number of shares 311,925,504 shares with a par value of 1.00 baht per share to be in accordance with the ratio of 2 existing shares to 1 common share after the capital reduction ( 2 : 1 ) to clear the accumulated loss of the Company.

Now the company has registered to reduce the registered capital. and the Company's paid-up capital as well as amending Article 4 of the Memorandum of Association under Section 140 and Section 142 of the Public Company Act B.E. 2535 to be consistent with the reduction of registered and paid- up capital. as detailed above to the Department of Business Development Ministry of Commerce It was completed on July 8, 2022.
