Hyundai Elevator Employees Practiced Sharing Activities for the Youth in the Community and Children with Leukemia
- Giving scholarship to 26 students in Chungju and Cheonan where HQ and logistics center are located and Gangwon, Yangyang and Yeoju with which 1 company 1 village sisterhood is formed.

- Donating 255 blood donation certificates of employees and KRW 5 million to Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation

Hyundai Elevator held '2022 Matching Grant Scholarship Award Ceremony' on December 28 to give scholarship to 26 elementary school, middle school and high school students in Chungju where HQ is located and Ipjang-myeon, Cheonan where logistics center is located, Yangyang-gun with which 1 company 1 village relationship is formed and Yeoju Nuri's House with which sisterhood is formed. A total of KRW 26 million was provided to 26 students, each student receiving KRW 1 million respectively.

Hyundai Elevator has managed social contribution fund with an aim to 'fulfill corporate social responsibility and nurture local talents' since 2009. The fund is raised based on matching gran method where employees accumulate the amount which is calculated by deducting less than KRW 1,000 from their monthly salary and the same amount is funded by the company to form the fund. Scholarship was provided to 6 students in the first year and the fund has supported a total of KRW 263 million for 267 students until this year since the first year. This year, students who received scholarship and school officials were invited to Chungju Smart Campus to give them a tour and held award ceremony.

In the meantime, 'Ceremony to Deliver Blood Donation Certificate and Money Donation for Children with Leukemia' was conducted after the scholarship award ceremony. 225 blood donation certificates accumulated by employees and KRW 5 million were delivered to Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation. Hyundai Elevator has delivered 2,072 blood donation certificates and KRW 42.9 million to 12 children with leukemia since 2011 when the donation started with voluntary participation of employees.

CEO Cho Jae-cheon said, "I hope that the donation will serve as a stepping stone for students who will make an effort to realize their dream based on their talent and children struggling with diseases even though the scale of support is small."
