Hyupjin Co., Ltd. announced a private placement to issue 13,736,264 shares at an issue price of KRW 728 for the gross proceeds of KRW 10,000,000,192 on November 16, 2023. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company. The transaction is expected to close on January 10, 2023.
Hyupjin Co Ltd, formerly ACT Co Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of raw materials of cosmetics. The Company provides bioconversion technology products, encapsulated products, natural extracts, synthetic products and others.
