Dai-ichi Seiko Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 39,613 million compared to JPY 39,176 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 933 million compared to JPY 974 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 705 million against JPY 1,019 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 650 million or JPY 38.88 per share compared to JPY 646 million or JPY 38.68 per share a year ago.
For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019 on consolidated basis, the company expects net sales of JPY 53,580 million, operating income of JPY 1,450 million, Ordinary income of JPY 1,220 million, net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 900 million or JPY 53.82 per share.
