I(x) Net Zero appoints CIO Lindstrom as new CEO

i(x) Net Zero PLC - Investing company which focuses on energy transition and sustainability in the built environment - Appoints Par Lindstrom, the company's chief investment officer, as its chief executive officer. Lindstrom replaces Steve Oyer, who has stepped down from the board with immediate effect.

Lindstrom will continue in his role as CIO. He co-founded the company in 2015.

Non-Executive Chair Nick Hurd says: "The board remains confident in the company's market opportunity given growing global momentum in the transition to net zero. Par brings decades of investment and M&A experience to the CEO role, which will be invaluable as the company looks to take advantage of opportunities in current markets. We welcome him to his new role."

Current stock price: 13.60, up 0.7% in London on Tuesday afternoon
