Dream Tech Association 1, Prince Association 1, King David Fund and F1 Investment Union agreed to acquire 24.46% stake in IBKS No.15 Special Purpose Acquisition Company from Xperix Inc. for KRW 20 billion.

Dream Tech Association 1, Prince Association 1, King David Fund and F1 Investment Union agreed to acquire 24.46% stake in IBKS No.15 Special Purpose Acquisition Company (KOSDAQ:A373200) from Xperix Inc. (KOSDAQ:A317770) for KRW 20 billion on April 23, 2024. Under the terms, KRW 1080 per share shall be paid as consideration for 18.52 million IBKS shares. The transaction is expected to complete on June 28, 2024.
