ICA Gruppen AB Elects Per Strömberg to Board of Directors

ICA Gruppen AB (publ) announced that Per Strömberg, outgoing CEO of ICA Gruppen, has been elected to ICA Gruppen's board of directors as of 1 January 2023, in connection with an extraordinary general meeting. Already in September 2022, the company announced its intention for Per Strömberg to take a seat on ICA Gruppen's board when he leaves the role as CEO after just over ten years. Per Strömberg will also be part of the board's remuneration committee.
