Serge Grzybowski appointed Vice-President of the Board of Directors of EPRA

During its general meeting held on 4 September 2013, EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) decided to appoint Serge Grzybowski, Chairman and CEO of Icade, Vice-President of its Board of Directors.
Managed by Philip Charls, this association brings together the most important listed European companies of the real estate sector.
At the annual convention of EPRA, held at the Westin Hotel in Paris on 5 and 6 September, the members of the association will meet for two days of conferences and debates.
During this event, Serge Grzybowski will speak on 6 September at a round table about the SIIC
regime (French REITs) and its outlook.
A graduate of the IEP Paris and the ENA, Serge Grzybowski began his career as a civil servant with the Caisse des Dépôts from 1983 to 1987. From 1989 to 1991, he was Deputy Managing Director of the Bourdais group (corporate property consultancy). In September 1992, he joined Banque la Henin (SUEZ group) initially as Deputy Managing Director, and subsequently as Managing Director, and from
1997 to 2000 he was director of BDPME, CEPME and Sofaris.
Managing Director of Gécina from 2001 to 2006, he joined HSBC as Property Consultant and Director of Financial Institutions. Serge Grzybowski was appointed Chairman and CEO of Icade on 1 August
2007.
