NEW APPOINTMENTS AT ICADE:

LAURENT POINSARD NAMED GENERAL SECRETARY OF ICADE SANTÉ

AND SÉVERINE FLOQUET SCHMIT BECOMES AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER IN

CHARGE OF AUDIT, RISK, COMPLIANCE AND INTERNAL CONTROL

Laurent Poinsard has been appointed General Secretary of Icade Santé, effective April 1, 2022.

Séverine Floquet Schmit becomes a member of Icade's Executive Committee in charge of Audit, Risk,

Compliance and Internal Control.

A Chartered Accountant who holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Financial

Control and Audit, Laurent Poinsard began his career in 1990 as a financial auditor at PwC. In 1994, he became Financial Controller for Groupama. After spending ten years in the Finance Department of Silic, he joined Icade in 2013 as Organisation and Performance Director before becoming Head of Audit, Risk and Internal Control in October 2015. Since 2017, Laurent Poinsard had been a member of the Executive Committee in charge of Audit, Risk, Compliance and Internal Control. He is also a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Séverine Floquet Schmit holds a "DESS" postgraduate degree in Control,

Governance and Strategies from Paris Dauphine University and passed the DESCF exam. She began her career in 1994 at KPMG as External Audit Manager. In 1998, she joined StudioCanal as Head of Accounting and then became Chief Financial Officer at StudioCanal Image and ultimately Head of Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting. In 2003, she moved to Groupe Canal+ as Head of Finance Operations and subsequently Deputy Head of Audit and Internal Control. Since joining Icade in 2018, she has been Head of Audit in the Audit,

Risk, Compliance and Internal Control Department.
