On May 10, 2022, Ichor Holdings, Ltd. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing first quarter 202s financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8­K as Exhibit 99.1. The Company is furnishing this information in connection with its previously announced webcast conference call to be held on May 10, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. PT to discuss these results.

The Company makes reference to certain non­GAAP financial measures, including non­GAAP gross profit, non-GAAP operating income, non-GAAP net income, non­GAAP diluted EPS, and free cash flow. The press release contains a reconciliation of each non­GAAP measure to the directly comparable GAAP measure.
