On April 3, 2020, Andrew Kowal, a member of the board of directors of Ichor Holdings, Ltd. and the Compensation Committee of the Board, notified the company of his intention to resign from the Board and the Compensation Committee following the company's upcoming 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for May 12, 2020. Accordingly, Mr. Kowal will cease to be a director following the Annual Meeting. Mr. Kowal's departure from the Board is not due to any disagreement with the company, management, or the Board.
