ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited refer to earlier letter dated January 23, 2024 intimating Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of the Members of the Company to appoint Mr. Antony Jacob (DIN: 00210724) as a Non-executive, Independent Director of the Company for a period of five (5) consecutive years effective from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2028. The Members of the Company have passed the Special Resolution as mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice with requisite majority. The Resolution is deemed to have been passed on the last date specified for remote e-voting i.e. February 22, 2024.
