ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited announced that at its Board Meeting held on April 17, 2024 recommended final dividend of INR 6 per equity share that is at the rate of 60% of face value of INR 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject To Approve the Members of the Company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
