ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited at it's Board Meeting held on April 17, 2021 recommendation of final dividend of INR 4.0 per equity share i.e. at the rate of 40.0% of face value of INR 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject To Approve the Members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
