ABN AMRO is a partner to DGTL festival, of which the 2024 edition will be held in Amsterdam on 30 and 31 March.

One highlight of this year's festival will be the DGTL Dome interactive art installation - a platform for new and emerging talent and a place where dance, music and visual arts meet. The interactive art installation was initiated by ABN AMRO in collaboration with the Amsterdam Stedelijk Museum and DGTL. Together we're working towards equal opportunities in culture and the arts, and to bridge the gender divide.

The DGTL Dome is at an intersection of stage, work of art and recreation space where music, dance, visual arts and a public programme of new and emerging talent come together. The programme offers a multidimensional experience that takes festivalgoers outside their own perceptions to come out with a fresh view.

New talent

The DGTL Dome will showcase intimate live sets by new talent: all their creators are emerging talents that the DGTL Dome will be introducing to a broader audience, with many of them never having featured at the festival. A careful balance has been struck between those identifying as male or female. Festivalgoers will enjoy musical performances by the likes of Coloray, Nkisi, Oceanic and Venus Ex Machina supported by visual arts produced by Cris Mollee, see dance performances by Creepashu and Nicole Geertruida, and are in for a stunning audio-reactive visual experience.

Also at the DGTL Dome, the Amsterdam Stedelijk Museum will run a public programme featuring a sensual body empowerment workshop by Yamuna Forzani and Mystique Angels, as well as an interactive dance installation by Niek Vanoosterweyck. The museum's interactive educational programme is spearheaded by Blikopeners, the youngest people working with the museum. ABN AMRO is Blikopeners' main sponsor, as they're a perfect fit with the bank's sponsorship strategy to promote equal opportunities and inclusion in the cultural sector. Blikopeners literally have an open 'eye' - and an open mind to art, design and the museum. They open the eyes of others by sharing their personal experience and knowledge.
