The Board of Directors of IFGL Refractories Limited in their meeting on May 28, 2022, the Board resolved to recommend payment of Final Dividend of 70 % (INR 7 per Equity Share of INR 10 each face value) for Fiscal Year 2021-22, subject to necessary approvals/permissions including shareholders of the Company at their upcoming Annual General Meeting.
