IID, Inc. (TSE:6038) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 120,000 shares, representing 2.41% for ¥120 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥865 per share. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and implement agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment. The program will expire on August 16, 2021. As of June 30, 2021, the company had 4,978,707 shares(excluding treasury stock) in issue and 33,493 shares in treasury.
