IID, Inc. (TSE:6038) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 33,000 shares, representing 0.67% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥30 million. The purpose of the program is to return profits to our shareholders and implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will continue through July 31, 2022. As of April 30, 2022, the company had 4,914,407 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 111,993 treasury shares.
IID, Inc is a Japan-based company principally engaged in news Website operation and marketing research business. The Company operates in two business segments. Content Marketing Platform (CMP) segment operates 52 Website media & content and five magazines covering 20 genres, mainly news Websites, for seven industries such as automobiles and related products. Content Marketing Solutions (CMS) segment is mainly involved in the provision of two solutions: research solutions and e-commerce (EC) solutions. Research solutions provide large-scale quantitative surveys and qualitative surveys for individual consumers. EC Solutions develops the business centering on the provision of marbleASP, the original EC system.
