Sung-Keun Song acquired an additional 4.76% stake in IL Science Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A307180) for KRW 1.9 billion on February 20, 2020. Under the terms of the acquisition, Sung-Keun Song paid KRW 2,050 per share for 933,346 shares of IL Science. Sung-Keun Song will now have 36.65% stake from its previous 31.89% stake in IL Science, increasing the number of shares from 6,250,479 to 7,183,825. The transaction will be financed from a KRW 2.3 billion mortgage loan from Shinyoung Securities.
