Imasen Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (TSE:7266) acquired remaining shares of Toyo Koku Denshi Co.,Ltd. on March 10, 2014. Imasen Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. will operate Toyo Koku Denshi Co.,Ltd. as its wholly owned subsidiary. As a result Imasen Electric expects a generation of ¥500 million in extraordinary profit in the consolidated statements for the period ending March 2014.
