Business Summary

Imaspro Corporation Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of pesticides and plant micronutrients, distribution and agency of pesticides and other agrochemicals and trading of pesticides, other agrochemicals, mosquito coils, disinfectants and household insecticides. It owns an approximately 52-acre agriculture research and development (R&D) center in Malaysia. The Company's product categories include crop protection, crop nutrition, vector control, environmental science and specialty. Crop protection products category includes herbicide, insecticide, fungicide, rodenticide, molluscicide, acaricide and soil fumigant. Crop nutrition products category includes foliar fertilizer, organic fertilizer, wetting agent and others. Vector control products category includes mosquito control, fly control and cockroach control. Its subsidiaries include Imaspro Resources Sdn. Bhd., Ideal Command Sdn. Bhd. and Plant Science Centre Sdn. Bhd.
